Q. My Library Account is not working and I can't renew a book or request a reserve.

Due to software issues and the need to update underlying systems, accessing “My Library Account” and the ability to reserve items online are currently unavailable. However, students and faculty can still request and renew items by physically coming to the library or by calling our Access Services department at 516-877-3570. We apologize for any inconvenience and are working as hard as we can to bring these systems back online again. We will remove the alert message from the library’s homepage once access has been reestablished.
