Q. Why do I get the message, “You have been denied access to this resource.”?

The proxy system has sensed an account error. Possible solutions are bolded:

  • You are an Adelphi University student, faculty or administrator. Do not enter information in the "Special Accounts".  Select "Adelphi Students, Faculty, Administrator" button.  

  • You might have entered an invalid username/password.  Try retyping your username/password.

  • The university has placed a block on your account due to unpaid fines.  Contact Adelphi University Libraries for assistance.
