If you are a currently attending student, admin or staff and you're accessing the resource through libraries.adelphi.edu try these three solutions first:

1) Access the resource using your browser's incognito mode:

Chrome: Press Ctrl + Shift + n.

Firefox: Click on the menu bars on the top right and select new private window.

Safari: Press ⌘ + Shift + n.

2) Try a different browser:

Type “Download Firefox” or “Download Chrome” into Google or your preferred search engine and click on “Go to download”.

3) Clear the browser's cache:
