Possible solutions are in bolded green:

  • Some databases require extra log-in steps, creating an account and/or registering at their site.  Contact the IT Help Desk for assistance.

  • Some databases don't work well or at all on certain browsers. Try another browser

  • The browser "remembers" that you've used that database. Try clearing your cache/history/cookies

  • Adelphi doesn't subscribe to the resource you are trying to access or issues may have an embargo placed on them. Check date ranges under database link. Contact Adelphi University Libraries for assistance.

  • Some databases have a limit on the number of users that can use it simultaneously. Contact Adelphi University Libraries for assistance.
