The proxy system does not recognize you as a current Adelphi student/faculty/staff member. Possible solutions are in bolded:

  • If you have graduated, you are considered an alumni and may not have access to the full list of resources.  Check here for a list of Alumni Databases

  • You are a faculty/staff member of the university. Try using your faculty/staff member account.

  • You are granted a "Special Account" (e.g. Adelphi Gold members, community members, vendors, problematic accounts).  Log in under "Special Accounts". (To request a "Special Account", please contact Ken Herold, Associate Dean of Adelphi University Libraries at 516.877.3531)

  • Otherwise, Contact the IT Help Desk for assistance.
